On our Art Night, we were lucky enough to have Melkon Khosrovian, and Litty Mathew drop in.  This lovely couple owns Los Angeles’ only Spirits Company — Tru Liquors, organic & sustainable spirits.  Their vodkas are custom infused — Lemon, Vanilla, and Plain —  and they just made their own Gin — old school style, the way that doctor’s used to make it.

In addition to sitting in on Lee Anne’s Demo, and educating us on the finer points of sustainable liquor, they came with a punch bowl, and a killer recipe for Punch.

Supper Club Punch

3 Parts Vodka

2 Parts Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1 Part Fresh Lime Juice

A fist full of grated Ginger (to Taste)

Sugar (to taste)

Fresh Tyme Springs

They mixed everything together in a beautiful punch bowl, then added the Grapefruit and Lime Zests.

This punch was fruity, tart, and delicious — a perfect way to kick of an evening of art.
