Wine Night — The Menu

Somehow art and wine always seem to go together perfectly. Jess Sluder, Dee Dee Cheriel, Joey Northup, Denis Thomopoulos were just a few of the artists whose work decorated our space and oue good friend Mike Smith brought in wine to help make the whole affair a little more creative.

Wednesday night’s menu included:

Miso Asparagus
Mussel Ceviche on the Half-Shell
Tomato Zucchini Tapenade Tarts
Chicken Liver Mousse on Raisin Onion Toastini
Duck Confit with Goat Cheese served on a Potato Cake
Seared Venison with Blue Cheese, Red Onion Jam, and Arugula
Wild Mushroom Crostini
Hot Smoked Albacore with Pickles and Dill Cream on Weezy’s Famous Biscuits
Sea Bass Crudo,with Radish, Avocado and Yuzu-Shiso
Sliced Ribeye — USDA Prime
Sliced Duck
Parmesan and Rosemary Popcorn
Chocolate Ganache

    Is the video from this night posted. I haven’t seen it. Also, can I PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have the recipe for the Chocolate Ganache…I have dreams about it….every night, lol.
